GOTECH GmbH is a development partner for automotive manufacturers and suppliers – from initial concept to series production launch. The company’s highly specialized team transforms ideas into viable concepts, providing support in design, functionality, and production-ready product development.

With over 25 years of experience in the full spectrum of vehicle development, GOTECH takes on project responsibility from the design phase to series production readiness. The company’s expertise includes surface data creation, technical design validation and concept development. GOTECH integrates a wide range of E/E-components, such as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), control and display systems, as well as high-voltage/low-voltage electrical architectures, into increasingly constrained installation spaces while meeting the growing demands of modern automotive software and hardware.

The 3D data of GOTECH’s designs are transformed into physical products in the company’s prototype manufacturing. Depending on the application – whether a functional prototype of a bracket, a full-scale seating mock-up, a test rig, or a high-gloss model for executive presentation – GOTECH utilizes various manufacturing processes and materials.

GOTECH gladly contributes its expertise in designing prototypes and effectively showcasing system features. Time is often a critical factor: components need to be produced quickly to build initial vehicles or equip testing vehicles.

The company supports its developments with various software tools, measurement and analysis methods in the fields of simulation and testing to optimize component design.

Mechanical simulation, topology optimization, lighting simulation, and GOTECH’s virtual reality-based driving simulation environment enable continuous improvement from early development phases to series production. Physical prototypes, samples, and pre-production parts can undergo durability testing in-house or be scanned with a mobile laser scanner for quality assessment and comparison with the digital model.
